HTC Espresso Port For G1 And MyTouch 3G

HTC Espresso, the Android successor to HTC Hero, has been ported over to HTC Dream (T-Mobile G1). This port is reportedly working on MyTouch 3G phones also and has several known issues, such as Bluetooth, Multi-touch, keyboard light etc not working.

Still if you cannot wait to get HTC Espresso’s UI, an advanced version of the already popular Sense UI on your Android phone, you can go ahead and install the custom ROM on your device. Working features on this port include Rosie (albeit only 5 home screens), Wi-Fi, GPS, Sync, Market, Gapps, Mail, SMS, Twitter, Weather, Contacts & People widget, Maps, Music, Albums, etc.
